You have to kill all the guards and stay alive. Don't get caught on cameras. Do not be noisy. And then you stay alive. Try to go through all the rooms.

Mouse control on the computer and finger on the phone. Tap the screen and move sideways to aim. When you find the target, release your finger from the screen or mouse. And there will be a shot.
