Becrebuild: Computer Build

You play as a computer assembler and you need to fit in time and money in order to achieve the result.
You have a choice of dozens of components from a computer that you need to link together. Each component costs a certain amount of money and spends a certain amount of energy.
You have to assemble both the cheapest and nondescript computer, and the top beautiful computer.
